That’s why we’ve created a dental savings program, The Smile Plan, that is available to patients who do not have dental insurance or find that their current plan is not cost-effective.

We want to make taking care of you and your family’s smiles easy and pleasant, and here’s how we do it.

No pre-authorization
2 dental exams included
1 set of digital bitewing x-rays
2 fluoride treatments for children up to age 15
No deductibles
No yearly maximums
No claim processing
2 annual routine cleanings or 3 periodontal maintenance *(periodontal plan)
No pre-authorization
No pre-existing conditions
No waiting period
Panoramic x-ray (every 3 years)
One emergency exam and x-ray
15% savings on all other procedures including whitening (excluding whitening for life), crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, partials and dentures, sealants, and even oral surgery.

Smile Plan Details

12-month membership fee is due in full upon joining.
Payments are due on the date of service to receive the savings. This excludes financing options such as CareCredit.
No other reduction of fees can be combined with membership.
It is the sole responsibility of the member to maximize their benefits by arranging all appropriate appointments within the 12-month period. If the appointments are not used, the member will not be entitled to a refund.
Plan will not be carried over to the new year.
Program is non-transferrable.
