Eileen was absolutely terrific. Not only did she do an amazing job with her work, she did it in a way that reduced my normal anxiety at the dentist’s office. And Dr. Tzagournis was his kind, gentle, and welcoming self when he completed his examination. This is one wonderful office! I cannot recommend them strongly enough!!

Eileen was superb. She listened carefully. Explained thoroughly. She expertly examined and cleaned my teeth. She relayed my concerns to Dr. Tzagournis. He evaluated the situation, did additional exam and x-rays. Out of caution, he recommended a referral to an endodontist. Ultimate result was superior care with total management agreement between specialist and Dr Tzagournis.

They worked me in to get my teeth cleaned and address a broken filling with a new crown. Dr Simon was very careful to make sure I was in no pain and spent a lot of time making sure the new crown would fit perfectly. And the assistant who made the crown was professional and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Everyone in the office whenever I have appointments is always warm and friendly and professional. The dental technician who tood measurements for my implant crown did such a good job and matched the color of the crown to my teeth perfectly. The dental technician who assisted Dr. Tzagournis was pleasant and gentle. And Dr. Tzgournis is an excellent dentist, very compassionate and professional.

Tzagournis Dental Group has always been courteous and professional. I had recession on a few of my teeth and Ariell recommended I have them filled in with a composite. Tzagournis Dentistry is an extremely well run business -I have never waited more than 3 min at my appts and all the staff is so friendly and likeable. The service they provide is wonderful. Always appreciate the integrity and professionalism of care here, which never strays from oral hygiene to sell other services, such as Botox and vanity sales to make a buck. Great for cleanings, good referrals for other procedures, all always taking the time to get it right. Have even fixed shoddy work from past dentists, so I trust them!

The greatest compliments a dentist facility can get is that they are caring and competent, and Zgornis definitely deserves kudos for exhibiting these qualities. I come from a history of poor and painful dentistry, and a chance meeting with Dr. George Zgornis led me to seek help from them with my aging mouth. All parties involved were professional yet caring, making me feel well treated from the start. Tammy’s ability to run a busy office is obviously honed over many years of service to this practice: she helped me get full coverage from my dental benefits and worked with me on scheduling and payment. Ali set a new level of care by a hygienist: she performed a difficult full scale cleaning in a manner that allowed me to be comfortable and yet demonstrated great resolve in achieving a fantastic result. The most impressive dental care and facility I have ever experienced. I am a long time patient of Dr. Walton and recently broke a tooth on a Monday morning. I called in for and made an appointment for the following day and had a new crown made and installed in less than two hours. Dr. Walton and Carol have the technology and capability to make a crown onsite as needed. The result was spectacular and cannot be recommended highly enough.

*Please read this review if you’re like me and typically afraid of the dentist OR you’re looking for a first time experience review* I had my first dentist appointment with this office today and honestly was terrified to go. I’ve been trying to bring myself to call a dentist for well over a year, but I’ve been procrastinating because of a very bad past experience at a different dental office. I haven’t gone in an embarrassingly long amount of time, so I was worried for what they would find. The moment I walked into this office, I felt more than welcome. I felt like I was a part of the team because of how happy and laid back everyone seemed. Everyone was so polite and incredibly nice. I was introduced to everyone that came to visit me, and this was before I had even brought up my past horrible experiences. I was reassured that all was okay and they were very gentle with me when it came to telling me what to expect and what needs done throughout my appointment today. There is a lot to be fixed in future appointments but they really made sure I felt confident in the necessity behind the work that is due to be done in the coming weeks. Everything to do with the cost of the appointment was very upfront. They explained how my insurance worked and made sure I understood what I was being charged for and why. The pricing was extremely fair and clear. Getting an appointment was super easy and fast. New patient paperwork took about 5 minutes to fill out online. The office is very inviting and clean. It felt good to be in there and for the first time in my life, I’m not afraid to go to my dentist appointment next week. 10/10. If you’re afraid of going to any dentist, then you should come here. They really made sure I felt welcome, was comfortable, and communicated every single step of the appointment. I always knew what was coming next or why a person was in there.

Everyone is incredibly professional and nice from the front desk to the dental hygienist. I am fairly new to this practice, but have met just about all the dentists and they are all very knowledgeable! I have several dental issues I need to address and Dr. Bell gave me all the options, not just the most expensive – which I truly appreciate! I highly recommend this practice!

I have very sensitive teeth and usually cleanings hurt quite a bit. I was listened to and then given options to help with the cleaning process. I never felt any pain at all! Dr Roman and her team were new to me after my previous dentist at this location retired a few years back and while I was sorry to lose my previous provider at that time, Dr Roman and her team have not disappointed me. I’m all about the overall patient experience which includes being provided options on how to best care for my teeth, explaining details of my care so I can clearly understand how everything comes together and even as an adult, providing a professional and kind bedside manner. I had a wonderful experience here. This is the first dental office I have been to that was honest and took the time to tell me what needed to be done and walked me through the entire process. I would highly recommend this office. 08/27/2015 I have continued going to Arlington Family Dental and I must say my results get better every trip! Dr. Roman and the entire staff just seem to care and will not let you settle on subpar work. I had to have some crown work done and Dr. Roman sent it back to the lab because it was not done to her satisfaction. I don’t think I would have known anything was wrong but she did and keep my best interest at heart and did the right thing! Awesome Job!!

The whole team at Arlington Family Dental is just amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They help you decide what is best for you not just for your teeth which is helpful to a single parent like I am. Dr. Roman is amazing! She listens to your concerns and genuinely cares. Penny is wonderful! She explains all the details of your insurance coverage/out of pocket cost and has an immediate answer to all your questions. Kayla is also very helpful and kind; she helps ease the tension of visiting the dentist. “YOU ARE THE ONE IN CONTROL” These are the words Dr. Brenda Roman said to me at my latest appointment to have work done on a tooth. What she meant was that I could ask her to slow down, stop, or just give me a short break if I needed it as she worked to repair my tooth.
