I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Simon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and professional, especially Lisa my hygienist! Dr. Simon took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work! I left feeling confident about my dental care, and actually looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend Dr. Simon to anyone looking for a gentle, knowledgeable, and trustworthy dentist!

Crown on a tooth that had root canal also started to decay under the crown. Dr. Simon diagnosed and excellently replaced the crown. As good as the original tooth. Amazing technology at use: digital camera/firmware created a 3D solid model which fed into 3D milling machine producing a crown. Very minor fit adjustments, glue in place, good to go. Outstanding one stop shop.

I had a chipped tooth. They worked me into their schedule. I am presently in a wheelchair due to a back injury, but they were able to help me into the dentist chair even though I have a back brace on. I really appreciated their kindness and excellent work on my tooth. I would recommend them for dental care. I’ve been going there for years and I have no intentions of going anywhere else. If you are looking for a wonderful dentist and an excellent team please call for an appointment, you will not regret your choice. I will continue to give this dental office five stars. 6/10/25, I went into the office and had some work done because of some soreness I was having. As always everyone is wonderful and supportive. I have a sore back and they’re always so willing to make me comfortable and see to it that my needs are met. I have been going to Dr Tzagournis for at least 25 years and I will never switch dentists I guess until he retires or I no longer need him because I’m dead. So I Will always continue to recommend this dental office for all your dental needs. I had an appointment beginning of January 2026 to get a bridge for a missing front tooth. Of course everything went well everything looked good. And as I have mentioned before this is the only place I choose to go to when it comes to my dental work. The staff is wonderful and Dr Tzagournis is a top notch dentist, so I really appreciate what they do for me. I continue to recommend them for any dental work that you want to have done.

Tzagournis Dental is the best dental office anywhere! Every single person is kind, gentle and caring. The office is immaculate and honestly, Dr. Tzagournis is so gentle I hardly even feel him touching my mouth. I have gone to this practice for 30 years or more and the standards have always been consistently met every single time. I have never ever had a visit that was not a perfect 10!

I’ve been a patient for several years and I’m not a great one. ;). I typically run the risk of all kinds of issues. That all being said, I follow all of their asks and I continue to maintain great dental health. The staff is AMAZING. From the front desk to checking out. Hygiene and Dr Tzagournis in between I’m super impressed. Very personable and relationships matter. Everyone has a nice way of connecting with patients and removing any anxiety. The absolute best bedside manner and I’m thrilled to have Tzagournis Dental Group of Westerville as my dental care team.

I love all the people in this Office. They make me feel so comfortable…and I honestly hate going to the dentist. They are so patient with me. I now actually don’t mind going to get my teeth cleaned. I have been a patient there for quite a while, always a great experience. The office staff is upbeat and helpful, whether it be scheduling appointments or helping with questions. Dr. Tzagournis is the best! Just had my teeth cleaned today by Heather, another great experience. Keep up the great work!

First impressions mean a lot, let me say I was very impressed at how friendly most of the staff were, including the (hygienist) that took my x-rays and serviced me. I was very comfortable. Even speaking with Dr. Tzagournis I was able to ask many questions to my satisfaction, listen to his decisions and was able to make my own decisions. No questions went unanswered BUT, the show stopper was Tori, when it came to discussing my insurance benefits and payment to be professional and still be able to keep the patient laughing and in good spirits was a plus. I left the office with no doubts, even speaking with the receptionist who was very friendly before and after my appointment and easy to talk to. Very clean environment, music playing made me feel very comfortable. I rate them 10 out of 10 and would recommend them to everyone. They listened to my fears and was very willing to make sure I was satisfied and I was. My all around experience was awesome. If you’re looking for a dentist who is very confident, enjoys what he does, aims to please his patients then Dr. Tzagournis is for you. Staff are very pleasant and know you by name when they see you and not because you have an appointment. Everyone is very friendly and explain everything from beginning to end. I always feel good coming to my appointment and even better leaving my appointment. I received awesome service including being put to sleep for teeth extraction of which I had no issues with the healing process. There are plans for people without insurance coverage and the staff will answer all your questions.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Tzagournis this week. I had a tooth break off near the gum line. Dr. Tzagournis’ staff got me in to see Dr. Tzagournis quickly. I was expecting just a brief x-ray and return appointment. I was delighted that Dr. Tzagournis was able to complete a full exam with needed x-rays and to form and install a matching crown for the tooth stub I had left, all in one setting. Dr. Tzagournis is professional, knowledgeable, kind, concerned with the welfare of his patient. He has up-to-date equipment which provides an accurate and successful dental experience. I can truthfully say that this was the best dental experience I have had.

After Being a patient with another dentist, (polaris family) which is not very far from this practice and being poorly treated, I sought a new dentist I was worn polaris family well over 30 years. I’m so glad I switched to Dr Tzagournis!! My experience was nothing short of Amazing. I will be referring this office over and over again. Dr T was fantastic and his staff was so pleasant. Professional and comfortable doesn’t even begin to describe them/the office.

This office makes it enjoyable to go to the dentist. They have a wonderful staff who is happy, peppy, and ready to work from the moment they open until the moment they leave. It’s always such a pain to do all the annual check ups at all the different doctor’s offices but this one I always look forward to. This is my second implant performed by Dr. Jensen. He is gentle, listens carefully to my concerns and advises me of all my options and any risks. He is sensitive to my need for anesthesia and my anxiety. Although I really hope this is my last implant, if I had to have another, I would go to Dr. Jensen.
